Digital Content License Agreement

Effective Date: 09-Oct-2025

This Digital Content License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms under which Ministry of Media grants you a license to use the digital media, articles, audio, video, and other copyrighted works ("Licensed Content") made available on https://ministrymediaou.com/ (the "Site").

1. Grant of License

Ministry Media OU hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to:

View the Licensed Content on the Site through a web browser.
Download and Store the Licensed Content for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not do the following, except as expressly permitted by Ministry Media OU in writing:

Sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Licensed Content to any third party.
Modify, adapt, edit, or create derivative works based on the Licensed Content.
Use the Licensed Content for any commercial purpose, including advertising or fundraising.
Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Licensed Content.
Redistribute the Licensed Content on any other platform, website, or social media service without proper attribution and linking back to the original source on the Site, or without explicit written permission.

3. Attribution

If the Licensed Content is shared or referenced for non-commercial purposes, you must provide clear and prominent attribution to "Ministry Media OU" and link back to the original source URL on the Site.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by Ministry Media OU. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from Ministry Media OU if you fail to comply with any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Content and destroy all copies of the Licensed Content in your possession.
